We can custom the paper tube with different sizes as below:
1. Regular paper tubes:
Diameter: from Mini 15mm to about 230mm
Height: from Mini 20mm to no restriction
2. Paper tubes with metal plug lid:
No restriction on height, but diameter will be restricted by diameter of metal plug lid, (we don’t custom metal plug lids, we buy from what they are sold on market ), and its Mini. diameter is about 35mm.
The metal plug lid accepts to be custom-made with diameter out of ranges, while MOQ will be 50K pieces, quite a lot.
Yes we can do it on paper tubes.
If you have strict requirements for the tube diameter and we do not have the mold available, we can still provide it by creating a new mold. Cost is cheap, and it’s fast.
We customize paper tubes as per your size requirement. If you’re not sure what tube size will fit our product, you can simply tell us:
1. the size of your product (its diameter and height)
2. the capacity of the tube will be held (for powder product)
We’ll work out a tube size recommendation for you, with the right tube type you’re interested.
Currently, we provide customization on the below tube shapes:

As the paper tubes are made of paper, it’ll be affected a lot by storage environment, the temperature and humidity can make our tubes getting tighter or looser.
Pls pay attention to store them in places with:
temperature：68F – 104F
humidity: < 20%
We can custom the below tube types:
1, single tube, also called 1-piece tube
The tube bottom is sealed either by paper disc. or metal lid, while its top is sealed by a moveable metal or plastic plug lid.
2, telescopic tube, also called 2-piece tube
It contains 2 tubes with one end paper disc closed, and the other open. One of them is slightly bigger on diameter and called cap, the other one is called the base.
3, butted tube, also called 3-piece tube
An inner & outer tubes connected together called the base, and the third tube cover over is called the cap. The cap can be customized in either short height or long height, while the base is reversed. And edges on cap & base can be rolled in or flat.

All of our ready-made tubes are designed to be reusable, recyclable, and biodegradable. They are made out of 100% paper and contain no plastic whatsoever. We use virgin paper pulp and water-based glue.
For custom-made tubes, we try to be as eco-conscious as possible, while keeping functionality in mind. If you’re using tubes as secondary packaging and want to reduce your environmental impact, we suggest uncoated kraft or white paper with printing and varnish.
If you have a food or cosmetics based product, or something that requires direct contact with our tubes, it’s almost impossible to completely eliminate plastic from the inner liner that ensures shelf life and oil-resistance. With that said, we are always exploring different natural materials, like vegetable inks, PLA lamination, and wax paper inner lining for solid cosmetics products. We always strive to be as eco-friendly as possible and will work with you to ensure your tube packaging has the smallest ecological footprint.
Yes, we can custom food-grade paper tubes, they can be used to pack food & food-safe connect.
On a food-grade paper tube customization, we will use the materials below to guarantee food-safe:
1. tube core – white kraft paper
White kraft paper as a food-grade material , it’s widely used in many food packaging. We use it when customizing a food-grade paper tube.
2. inner tube – aluminum liner or PE liner applied
Aluminum and PE coated liners are designed to repel moisture and oil, aiding in maintaining the dryness of food stored within. Additionally, both materials are food-safe and suitable for direct contact with food.
Although these are food-grade materials, they cannot provide long shelf life to food. Airtightness is the key point for our food to get a long shelf life, we must get tube sealed. Here we’ll highly recommend an airtight tube for food: paper cans (click to see details)
Yes, we can custom airtght tubes, which we call paper cans.
The paper cans are with two ends enclosed by machine, it’s airtight sealed and can provide a long shelf life to products, especially good for food packaging.
A normal custom-made paper cans is with features as below:
1. tube body:
inside tube – aluminum lining
tube core – kraft paper
outer tube – printed artpaper
2. tube bottom enclosure:
It’s a metal lid enclosure, which will be sealed by you after products filled in.
We keep it open when shipping, and you need a sealing equipment to seal it.
3. tube top enclosure:
Normally it’s a combination enclosure, a plastic cap over a customized cap. Peel-off foil, easy tear-up lid are widely used, and snap-on lid. It’ll be customized as per your requirement.

We welcome the printing arwork in PDF or Adobe Illustrator Ai format.
And pls make sure things below have been done when sending over:
1. All fonts are be converted to outlines.
Pls press shift+contrl+O to lock them, in case they’re replaced with different fonts when it’s open our side.
2. Make sure the whole file is converted to outlines too.
3. All photo-based elements require at least 300 dpi in resolution.
4. Content should be designed in area marked out if using our layout.
5. Finishing application like gold foil, UV spot, should be marked out accordingly.
6. Pantone colors recommend listing with swatches & Pantone color numbers.
It’ll depend. We do 2 different printing ways as below:
1. digital printing
We do digital printing on sample making mostly, it’s fast and cheap cost.
If you want offsent printing on sample, we also can do it, cost is a bit expensive.
2. CMYK printing (offset printing)
Bulk orders must be CMYK printed, it guarantee high quality printing, and right outcome as our clients required.
If our artwork is designed by Pantone colors, we’ll get it printed with marked Pantone colors No.. The outcome between a CMYK printing and Pantone color printing will be different, so pls mark out if there’s Pantone color inside your artwork.

We are sorry we may not help on an artwork design from 0-1 yet, but we’d like to help:
1. provide you blank layout to fast finish it
2. to do changes on your original artwork
Anything we change, we’ll send back you a copy to be approved.
We must be honest that printing colors could be “slightly” different on each batches, especially when we apply with CMYK printing.
The key factors influencing printing colors include color accuracy blended by master, paper material, printer maintenance. When paper material is same, the other two factors can led a difference still, even we have made the best to narrow the difference.
To better solve this issue, we always keep copies from last order and will make everything closest on new orders. Another way is to tranfer colors to Pantone colors printing system, we’ll get it almost same.
Yes, you can surely get sample to check. And we normally offer samples in 3 different ways:
– Blank sample: without printing, which allows you to check whether dimensions are correct or not.
– Digital sample: a sample with correct dimension & structure and printing to check, but printing will be slightly different from bulk production.
– Physical sample: which cost a bit higher, while it’s totally same as bulk production on dimesion, structure& printing.
If you need ready-stock sample, we will send it randomly, size & printing are not allowed to custom.
We provide digital label printed sample and offset printing sample, they will take different time to get ready:
1. digital printed sample: 4-5days
2. offset printed sample: 5-7days
And we’ll ship sample by air express, whick will take 3-5days to you.
1. Send us an inquiry to get quote, by telling us its dimension, printing & quantity you look for.
2. We quote & offer design template so you can lay out your artwork.
3. Sample make & send to check if request, after artwork confirm, which will take 5-7days to get ready.
4. Start bulk production after sample & order pay, which will take like 2-4weeks, depending to quantity.
5. Shipping arrangment accordingly after bulk production finish.
It’ll depend to quantity.
Normally we will need about 13-15days for quantity below 5000pcs; and 18-20days for 10K pieces more, and about 25-30days for 50K pieces more.
Besides, we could shorter 3-5days for bulk order if in urgent, pls get a specific leadtime from our packaging specialist.
Custom-made paper tubes require 50% deposit with balance paid before shipping.
Available payment terms : bank transfer, paypal, western union.
It’ll depend to quantity of the order, normally we take:
1. 12-15days: for quantity less than 5000pcs
2. 15-18days: for quantity 5000pcs -30K pcs
3. 25-30days: 50K + pcs
The tubes will go through different processes, one of them is to let dry, so it takes time.
