Single paper tubes also called 1-piece paper tubes, it is a cylindrical packaging container made entirely from paper materials. It typically consists of one continuous piece of paperboard or cardboard that forms the tube, with a top lid and a bottom base.
These tubes are versatile, eco-friendly, and can be customized with labels, prints, or designs to suit various product. Single paper tubes are popular for their durability, sustainability, and ability to provide a unique and attractive presentation for products.
End sealing refers to the methods used to close or seal the ends of a paper tube to ensure the contents are securely contained and protected. This process is crucial for maintaining the integrity and functionality of the packaging.
Bottom sealing: paper or plastic cap glued, or metal lid machine sealed.
Top sealing: moveable metal lid or plastic cap plugged.
Non-sealed single paper tubes can have both ends closed with either plastic caps or glued paperboard. Alternatively, one end may be sealed with a machine-applied metal cap, while the other end remains open with a removable lid. Due to the open end with a removable cap, this type of tube does not provide a high level of sealing and is not recommended for products requiring long shelf life.
